Refund and Cancellation Policy

At TrashRabbitLLC, we believe in making things simple and fair for our customers. That’s why we offer a Cancel Anytime policy for all subscriptions and services.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees.
- To cancel, simply cancel through your account dashboard, contact us via email at trashrabbit17404@gmail.com, or call us at 717-858-8723.
- Cancellations will take effect immediately upon request unless otherwise specified.
- If you cancel after a billing cycle has started, service will continue until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is requested.
Refunds

Subscriptions:
- If you cancel within 7 days of your latest charge and have not used the service during that time, you may request a full refund.
- After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

One-Time Services (if applicable):
- One-time services canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund.
- Services canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.
Exceptions
- If service was not delivered as promised or there are issues on our end, we will work with you to offer a partial or full refund based on the situation.
How to Request a Refund
Please email us at trashrabbit17404@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for the refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
