1. Scope of Services

Trash Rabbit, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Company”) agrees to perform a one-time residential trash bin-related service, as selected at checkout. This may include:

  • Moving bins to/from the curb for scheduled collection
  • Cleaning of bins
  • Temporary out-of-town coverage


2. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate trash collection details
  • Ensure bins are accessible and not obstructed
  • Notify us of any special instructions or access issues at least 48 hours before the scheduled service


3. Liability Waiver

Trash Rabbit is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by municipal trash collectors
  • Delays due to weather, emergencies, or local collection changes
  • Personal items stored in or near bins
  • Missed service due to inaccessible or misreported bins


4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. No further charges will occur unless the customer books additional services.


5. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Customers may reschedule or cancel a one-time service up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.


6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Each party will be responsible for their own legal costs.


7. Acceptance

By checking the box at checkout or submitting payment, the customer confirms understanding and agreement to these terms.
