1. Scope of Services

Trash Rabbit, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “Company”) agrees to provide residential trash can management services to the Customer. These include moving bins from the designated pickup location to the curb on trash day, and returning them after collection. Some plans also include bin cleaning. Trash Rabbit address stickers will be used on bins for easy identification.


2. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

  • Accurately report their trash pickup day and location
  • Ensure clear access to bins
  • Notify Trash Rabbit of vacation or unusual situations at least 48 hours in advance, whenever possible. 


3. Liability Waiver

Trash Rabbit is not liable for:

  • Any damage caused by municipal trash collectors
  • Inclement weather or natural delays
  • Personal items stored in or near trash bins
  • Missed collections due to incorrect or inaccessible bins


4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through your customer portal or by written notice. Service will end at the end of your current billing cycle.


5. Payment Terms

Your card will be automatically billed each month based on the plan selected. Failed payments may result in paused service.


6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve issues through binding arbitration in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Each party shall bear its own legal costs.


7. Modification

Trash Rabbit reserves the right to modify terms and pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
